Terms and Conditions (Employer).

The request from firm/organization shall include the complete job description and other requirements for the position.
Payment should be released within 30 days from the date of joining of candidate.
The taxes as applicable, would be payable on the billed amount (e.g. GST) as per government rules applicable & in force from time to time.
If the candidate, interviewed by the employer/organization ASSURED JOB CONSULTANCY is not selected by the employer/organization, but later on, if found working with the same employer/organization within a period of six months from the date of interview, ASSURED JOB CONSULTANCY shall be eligible to be paid service charges from the employer/organization mentioned above.

Terms and Conditions (Candidate)

The candidate shall pay the mandatory registration charges before availing any type of service from ASSURED JOB CONSULTANCY.
The candidates shall send their updated resume containing the detail work experience and education details. The document name should contain their name.
If the candidate quits the job within 3 months of joining, he/she shall pay 10% of the CTC to ASSURED JOB CONSULTANCY as per the terms and condition of the clients.
