Terms and Conditions (Employer).
- The request from firm/organization shall include the complete job description and other requirements for the position.
- Payment should be released within 30 days from the date of joining of candidate.
- The taxes as applicable, would be payable on the billed amount (e.g. GST) as per government rules applicable & in force from time to time.
- If the candidate, interviewed by the employer/organization ASSURED JOB CONSULTANCY is not selected by the employer/organization, but later on, if found working with the same employer/organization within a period of six months from the date of interview, ASSURED JOB CONSULTANCY shall be eligible to be paid service charges from the employer/organization mentioned above.
- The candidate shall pay the mandatory registration charges before availing any type of service from ASSURED JOB CONSULTANCY.
- The candidates shall send their updated resume containing the detail work experience and education details. The document name should contain their name.
- If the candidate quits the job within 3 months of joining, he/she shall pay 10% of the CTC to ASSURED JOB CONSULTANCY as per the terms and condition of the clients.

| Experience greater than 10 years | INR 1500 |
| Overseas | INR 2000 |
